How to Create, View, and Edit Prepaid Events

This guide provides a comprehensive, step-by-step guide on how to create and manage prepaid events in the admin portal. Step-By-Step Guide:

1. Enter the Schedule:

Enter the schedule tab in your admin portal to get started. Here you can access all existing events on the schedule or create new ones.

2. Create a Prepaid Event:

If you wish to create a prepaid event, select the create event button to get started in the event creator.

3. Enter in the General Details:

Get started with the standard process of creating an event. Select your facility, event duration, and date(s) to create the event on.

4. Mark the Prepaid Packages Only:

To set the event as prepaid, select the 'Prepaid packages only' tab to mark it as yes. This will ensure that when users sign up for the event they can only use prepaid packages for payments. You must set the value cap for these packages before continuing. Enter in the rest of the event details as you normally would to finish the creation process.

5. Find the Event:

To edit or delete the event, use the schedule to either search the event or select the date it is scheduled to be on. Once you find the event, select the three dots and edit to enter the event editor.

6. Event Editor:

Once in the event editor, you will see a lot of information including what athletes are associated with the event and if they have any outstanding payments or not. At the bottom, you can access the god mode editor to go back to the creator form to make any changes specifically to the event details.

7. Delete the Event:

If you wish to delete the event, you may access it in the schedule and select the box to the left of the event. Click the trash button in the bottom left to delete and cancel the event.

Confirm your changes to ensure that you wish to delete the event.
