Administrators can follow these steps to efficiently remove pre-paid event packages that are no longer needed. Navigate to the main dashboard and locate the menu on the left-hand side. Click the drop-down arrow next to your username to expand the portal options. This menu provides access to administrative tools for managing event packages.

From the expanded menu, click on the ‘Settings’ option under the ‘Admin access’ section. This opens the general settings panel, where you can manage account settings and event package configurations.

In the ‘Account Settings’ panel, find and select the ‘Event packages’ option. This section allows you to view, edit, and manage existing event packages.

In the ‘Event packages’ section, locate the package you wish to delete. Click the ‘Delete’ button next to its name to initiate the removal process.

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Enter "DELETE PACKAGE" into the confirmation field as prompted. Click the ‘Confirm’ button to proceed.
