This guide is designed to assist users in customizing workout details for individual athletes within the StatStak Labs platform. Users will learn how to navigate through the platform to locate and modify the workout programs of specific athletes, including adjustments to weights, reps, and the addition of custom notes for tailored guidance.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Locate the Programming Section:

Start by accessing the 'Programming' section from the left-hand navigation menu on the home screen. This area provides a comprehensive overview of your programming responsibilities and serves as your hub for managing all athlete programming needs.

Click on Programming

2. Search for the Intended Athlete:

Navigate to the 'Select an athlete' screen to find the athlete you wish to update. Use the search bar to quickly filter through your list of athletes.

Click on search…

3. Select the Athlete:

From the list of athletes, select the athlete whose workout you want to edit. This action will lead you to their current workout programs.

Click on Select

4. Open Workout Details:

Click on the specific workout you want to edit. Be careful not to click on the 'X' icon unless you intend to delete the workout, as this would initiate the cancellation process.

📢 Make sure not to click on the 'X' on the workout icon to avoid going into the cancelation process.

Click on close…

5. Edit Exercise Weights:

In the workout detail view, find the 'Weight' field for the exercise you wish to modify. Click on the weight to activate the editable field and enter the new weight, adjusting according to the athlete's progression or training requirements.

Click on ex. 100 lbs

6. Modify the Exercise Reps:

Next to the weight, you'll find the 'Reps' field. Click to edit this and input the new number of repetitions for the exercise to suit the athlete's capability and goals.

Click on ex. 2

7. Add Notes for the Athlete:

At the bottom of the workout customization panel, expand the notes section to add any specific instructions, motivational messages, or reminders for the athlete. This will help ensure they fully understand the workout modifications.

Click on Add notes for the athlete to read before the workout.
