1. Access the Programming Feature:

On your dashboard, click on the 'Programming' option in the sidebar menu. This section is designed for creating and managing your workout and training programs.

2. Initiate a New Program:

Click the ‘+ Create program’ button located in the upper-right corner of the interface. This opens a new window where you can select athletes and begin designing the program.

3. Upload Program Previews:

In the program creation window, upload a preview image or document that outlines what the program entails. This helps visualize the program structure and content.

4. Name Your Program:

Provide a clear and descriptive name for your program in the 'Name' field to facilitate easy identification and future reference.
