Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Start the Exercise Creation Process:

Navigate to the dashboard and select the 'Programming' tab. This tab provides access to the exercise programming features of the platform.

2. Initiate a New Program:

Within the programming section, click on the '+ Create program' button to begin setting up a new exercise.

3. Add an Exercise:

Locate and click the '+ Exercise' button found typically at the top of the panel to start defining a new exercise within your program.

4. Upload Instructional Media:

Use the media upload section to add a video demonstration of the exercise. Click on the designated area to upload an instructional video from your device.

5. Set a Thumbnail for the Exercise:

Next to the video upload section, there is an option to upload a thumbnail image. This should be a clear and representative image of the exercise that will be displayed in the exercise library.

6. Name the Exercise:

Beneath the video and thumbnail section, enter the name of the exercise in the ‘Name’ field. Choose a concise yet descriptive name that clearly identifies the exercise.

7. Define the Exercise Type:

Use the ‘Type’ dropdown to categorize the exercise according to its nature (e.g., strength, cardio, flexibility).

From the ‘Category’ dropdown, select the appropriate category that the exercise falls under (e.g., upper body, lower body, core).

Choose a tracking field that corresponds to how you want to measure the exercise, such as ‘Reps’, ‘Time’, or ‘Weight’.

Choose the specific muscle group that the exercise targets from the 'Muscle' dropdown menu. This selection helps categorize the exercise more precisely within the system and guides users in selecting exercises that meet their training goals.
