This guide provides administrators with clear instructions on how to send SMS messages to users on the StatStak Labs platform. This process includes logging into the admin portal, starting the messaging process, selecting the message type, adding message content, selecting and reviewing recipients, sending the message, and confirming the action. This guide aims to enhance user engagement through timely and direct communication via SMS.

Log into the StatStak Labs admin portal. Locate and click on the 'Message' icon within the 'Admin Portal' section of the dashboard to access the SMS messaging feature.

In the message creation window, choose 'Text' as the message type by clicking on the 'Text' tab. This selection enables you to compose an SMS message.

Set the desired date and time for sending the SMS. Enter the text of the SMS message in the provided field, ensuring clarity and brevity due to character limits associated with text messaging.

Choose recipients for your message by selecting the Add users by tags dropdown. Select your recipients by predefined user groups such as Parents, Athletes, and Admins, or select specific individuals by using the search functionality.

After selecting recipients, review the full list at the bottom of the window to ensure accuracy and completeness of the intended recipient list.

Once all details are confirmed, click 'Continue' to dispatch the SMS to the selected recipients.

A confirmation message will appear when you choose to continue. Schedule the messages here.
