Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Starting the Messaging Process:
Navigate to the StatStak Labs platform's dashboard to create a message template. In the left-hand menu, locate and click on the 'SMS' icon under the 'God Mode' section. This will open the SMS messaging feature, where you can manage your communications.
2. Selecting Message Type:
In the 'Message' creation window, choose the type of message you wish to send by selecting either 'Email,' 'Text,' or both options. This flexibility allows you to create templates that cater to various communication needs.
3. Add Message Content:
In this step, you will compose your message. Start by setting the desired date and time for when the message should be sent. Specify the sending location as well. Then, input the content of the message in the provided fields. Ensure the message is concise and clear, especially when composing text messages due to character limitations.
4. Assign a Template Name:
After drafting your message, assign a name to your template for easy identification in future use. Enter the template name in the 'Save as template' text field at the bottom of the 'Message' creation window.
5. Review and Save:
Before finalizing, please look over the message content and the template name to make sure everything is accurate. Once verified, click the 'Save' button adjacent to the 'Save as template' field to store your message template.
6. Confirmation Message:
After successfully saving the template, a confirmation message will appear on your screen. This confirmation signifies that the template has been saved.
💬 Note that you do not need to send the message to maintain the saved message template. However, you may continue the messaging process to send the message as desired.
This guide provided a clear and concise overview of creating a message template, ensuring that users can easily set up and manage their communications. This systematic approach ensures a consistent and reliable experience within the StatStak Labs platform.
