In the 10/2 release, we have added a few new improvements to the messenger. Admins now are more aware of message statuses as well as users who are opted out.
Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Create A Message:
To check out the new update, start with creating a new message. This will open the messenger containing an all new "Send from name" option.
2. Send From Name:
Added in the 10/2 release, you may now edit the "Send from name" option in a message. This will add in a name the message will be sent from in a text alongside an email. This allows for messages to feel more personal between users and admins.
3. Message Status and Opt-Out Notifications:
In the update not only will you get status responses but you will also get notified if a user opts out of a message. This is crucial for admins knowing what users are receiving messages, so that they know who is up to date on certain announcements.
