10/2 Release: Multiple Events Checkout

In this 10/2 release, a new addition to series has been added for an easy instant checkout process

Signing up athletes for multiple events—especially series—used to be a time-consuming process for admins, requiring them to complete checkout one event at a time. With our 10/2 release, we’ve introduced multi-event instant checkout, making it faster and easier than ever to register athletes for several events in a single step.

Step-By-Step Process:

1. Find your Multi-Event in the Schedule:

Head to your schedule in your admin portal and find the series you want to checkout for multiple events. Select the plus sign adjacent to the series. This will open the menu you want to use to checkout for multiple events

2. Fill out the Information as Normal:

Fill out your information to checkout as normal. Continue until you get to the "Payment for" section. This section is where you can edit the number of events the athlete is checking out for.

3. Type in the Number of Events:

In "Payment For", type the number of events you want to checkout for. It will default to every event in the series. In this example, this series has 10 events, so we will check out for 10 events, all at one time.

4. Instant Checkout:

Finally, once you have the number of events decided, the invoice description will show the number of events you are checking out for as well as the price for each.
