In this guide, you will learn how to use the magic reminder tool. When setting up teams, it is crucial that all athletes involved complete their team registration before the deadline. This tool allows admins to ensure that their athletes know which data points are still outstanding.
Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Enter your Teams Dashboard:
First, from the admin portal, enter the teams dashboard by selecting "Teams". This will lead you to an easy to access magic reminder tool.
2. Select the Team With the Athlete You Wish to Message:
Select a team that contains the player you want to send a reminder tool.
3. Select the Message Icon Next to an Athlete:
Select the message icon to get directed to our magic reminder tool. Any player with outstanding data they need to fill out will be useful to remind to do so with this tool.
4. Using the Tool:
Once the icon is selected, a pop-up screen will open containing your message. It will automatically fill in the message with the template shown below. This is very useful if you need to send out reminders to your athletes to complete registration.
5. Enter the Message Structure:
Enter or change the data that you want your athlete to receive. You may change the name, facility, and email. You may also change the contents of the message shown above by simply typing as normal in the text box. If you want to send out a message to multiple athletes enter in the athletes to "Send by individual user".
