In this guide, you will learn all of the cool features you can access when you select a user in the admin portal. This will give easy access to admins to edit various information of the user. This will provide seamless editing when a user is added, or a user needs information adjusted.
Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Enter Users:
Enter the User dashboard to find any User you wish to view information of.
2. Use the Search Function:
Search the user you wish to view in the search function.
3. Select the User:
Click on the user's name to pop open all of the tools you have access to for the user.
4. User Tools Pop-up:
Selecting the user will pop open the user tools. First is the user info. This will automatically open when the user is selected. This tab will include the email, phone number, user type, and home facility. You may edit the user's type and facility in this tab.
5. Messages:
The messages tab is next. This tab will show a 30 day history of any messages sent or received to the user. This allows for easy tracking of communication the user is involved in.
6. Stats:
The stats tab is next. This will include any data or videos of the athlete. You may also add videos and data as well.
7. Calendar:
Next is the user's calendar. This tab will open the entire future schedule of existing events the user is included in. This allows for easy schedule management for the user as well as admins managing the user.
8. Payments:
Enter the payments tab to view the user's payment history. This will include any unpaid payments the user needs to execute. This is useful for admins to track what users still have outstanding payments that need to be processed.
9. Packages:
The packages tab will show all packages the user has purchased. It will also show expiration dates. This is useful for both the user and admins to see what packages they own, and when they will expire.
10. Teams:
Select the teams tab to open a new tab in your browser of the user's profile. The teams tab will be immediately accessed.
11. Teams Page:
The teams tab is where users and admins can edit various things about the teams they are involved in. Here you can accept roster spots, preview costs, select payments, enter in cards, link users to others, and many more features. 12. Profile:
Last, select the profile to open a new tab in your browser of the user's profile. This will be the same page as the teams section except immediately send you to their profile instead.
13. Profile Editing:
