1. Access Team Management:
Access the main dashboard and locate the 'Teams' section from the sidebar menu. Click on this section to navigate to the team management area, where you can manage team and player groups.
2. Locate Intended Team:
Browse the list of teams and select the team for which you want to create a custom fee. Hover over the menu icon (three dots) beside the team's name to access the team options menu.
3. Choose to Edit:
Click on the 'Edit' option, symbolized by a pencil icon next to the team’s name, to start the fee customization process for that specific team.
4. Navigate Team Details:
Once in edit mode, you'll be directed to the team details page. Proceed by clicking 'Next' or a similar prompt to access the section for managing financial settings.
5. Input Custom Payment Details:
Scroll to the 'Additional fees' or payment plan options section. Enter the custom number of payments you want to establish for the team's fee structure.
6. Specify Amount Per Payment:
Type in the dollar amount for each payment in the provided fields, corresponding to the custom number of payments you've defined.
7. Add the Custom Fee Plan:
After inputting the payment details, click the 'Add' button to include this custom fee option into the team’s financial structure.

This will keep the user from being charged multiple payments in a short amount of time and maintain a consistent payment cycle.

Click ‘Continue’ to confirm the changes. This will ensure that the custom fee is now part of the team’s fee structure.
11. Expand the Team Roster:
To apply custom fees to individual players, locate the team of interest in the team roster. Click on the team's name to expand the view and reveal the roster of players.

Identify the player for whom you wish to modify the fee structure. Click the pencil icon next to their name to access the editing mode.
