This guide provides administrators of StatStak Labs a clear and effective method to communicate with team members regarding their payment plan selections. Through a step-by-step approach, administrators can locate teams, initiate messages, and ensure accurate delivery of important reminders regarding team fees. The guide emphasizes the importance of clear communication to streamline administrative tasks and improve overall team management efficiency.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Locate Teams:

Navigate to your StatStak Labs dashboard and click on the 'Teams' icon in the left-hand navigation bar, represented by a trophy. This area displays all teams you manage and offers various management options.

2. Find Payment Plan Icon:

In the 'Teams' section, locate the icon shaped like a dollar sign encircled by arrows, positioned above the payment plan column of the team listings below. This icon highlights the need for actions such as choosing a payment plan.

3. Initiate a Group Message:

Click on the messaging icon to open the messaging interface. This tool allows you to send communications to all users who need to choose a payment plan.

4. Choose a Message Format:

A window will pop up where you can select the type of message to send, such as Email or Text. Choose your preferred communication method or use both, then click 'Next' to proceed.

5. Compose the Message:

Enter your message in the designated text boxes, clearly instructing users about the need to select a payment plan. Keep the message concise yet informative to ensure understanding.

📢 Note that if a user selects a payment cycle after the assigned payment plan start date (designated during the team creation process), then the system will apply the same equidistant scheduling logic to charge the user at fixed dates. This will keep the user from being charged multiple payments in a short amount of time and maintain a consistent payment cycle.

6. Add Additional Recipients:

Search for and add any additional individuals or groups within your system who should receive the message, expanding the reach of your communication beyond those directly involved.

7. Review Recipient List:

Review the list of selected recipients for accuracy and completeness before sending the message, ensuring that all intended parties are included.

Click on close…

8. Send the Message:

Confirm all message details are correct and then click the 'Send' button to dispatch the message to the selected recipients.

Click on send…

9. Confirmation Message:

After sending, a confirmation pop-up will indicate that your messages have been successfully queued for sending, providing assurance that the communication is underway.

Click continue to return to the admin portal
