By cloning an existing team, administrators can quickly set up a new team by duplicating the structure, policies, and settings of an existing template. This process involves locating the team, initiating the cloning process, and customizing the new team’s settings to suit specific needs. This guide aims to streamline the workload of administrators and ensure consistency across teams.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Locate Teams:

Access the admin dashboard and select the "Teams" option from the left-hand navigation bar, identified by a trophy icon. This section provides a comprehensive view of all teams, along with their financial and management details.

2. Identifying the Associated Team:

Scroll through the team list to find the team you wish to clone. Hover over the three dots on the right-hand side of the team's entry to access a dropdown menu with various management options.

3. Initiating the Cloning Process:

From the dropdown menu, click on the 'Clone' option, which is represented by two overlapping squares. This action initiates the cloning process for the selected team.

4. Begin Cloning a Team:

A dialogue box titled 'Clone team' will appear, allowing you to modify the team's name, set team tags, and adjust settings such as expiration date and visibility. Navigate through the settings by clicking 'Next'.

Continue to customize the team by setting required contracts, adding necessary questions, configuring additional fees, and establishing payment plan options. Each section must be saved by clicking 'Next' to proceed.

Modify the list of coaches and administrators by adding new individuals or removing existing ones. This can be done using the search function within the clone dialogue.
