This guide provides a clear and systematic process for inviting a new admin to the StatStak Labs platform. It explains how to access the users dashboard, add a new user, select the appropriate role and permissions, and send out the admin invitation. Following these steps ensures new admins are correctly set up with the necessary access and functionality to manage and operate within the platform.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Open Users Dashboard:

Navigate to the platform's left-hand menu and click on the 'Users' tab. This will open the 'Users Dashboard,' where you can view all current users and their information. This is the first step in managing user roles and inviting new users to the platform.

2. Add a New User:

In the 'Users' tab, locate and click the 'Add User' button in the top-right corner. This button will bring up a form to input the new user's details. This is crucial for adding new users or admins to your organization.

3. Select User Type:

In the user creation form, make sure to choose the 'Admin' role by selecting the 'Admin' button under "Who are you inviting." This step ensures the individual will have the required administrative permissions to manage the platform.

4. Input Personal Information:

Fill out the form with the necessary information for the new admin, including their first name, last name, phone number, and email address. These details are required for identification and authentication within the system, ensuring the admin is properly registered.

Next, set the permission level by selecting the appropriate role under the permission level dropdown, allowing the admin to manage specific platform functionalities.

6. Send the Invitation:

Once all details are filled in, click the 'Invite new user' button. This action will send an email and a text notification to the new admin with further instructions on how to complete their account setup.

After successfully sending the invitation, a success message will appear on the screen. This confirms that the process is complete, and the invitation has been sent to the new admin, ensuring they can now set up their account and permissions.
