Your getting started guide for setting up exercises, workouts and programs for your athletes

Welcome to Programming! We've designed programming as a minimalist tool for prescribing strength training and skills training to in-person and remote athletes.

In this video series, we cover how to build exercises, workouts, and assessments, how the programs look and work for athletes, and how to use this tool to supercharge your remote training business.

Here's a quick intro video to get you started:

A quick note on something I glossed over in this video - in the filter dropdown, you have a date range for your preview workouts and assessments you're viewing. Changing this date range will update what you see in your users' upcoming workouts preview list and which assessments are visible.

Now that you have an idea of where things are let's get started with building some exercises:

And then building some workouts:

I mention it briefly, but if you want to see workout results, you can click on completed workouts (must have been completed by the athlete themselves, or the start/stop will not record each set), and the completed workouts will show up in the sidebar. This is super handy from the user's list and reviewing a bunch of workouts in a date range in a row.
