Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Locate the Assessment Button:

To begin the booking process, navigate to the StatStak homepage. Locate and click the 'Assessment' button. This button will take you to the assessment booking page. Depending on your site setup, this button may have a slightly varied name and may also be in the 'Scheduling' dropdown.

2. Choose a Duration:

Once on the assessment page, you’ll see available booking options. Choose the duration of the assessment by selecting the time from the dropdown menu.

3. Select Assessment Type:

Scroll down to the 'Select your assessment' section. Here, you will see available assessment types. Click on the image representing your desired assessment to proceed to the next step.

4. Select a Trainer:

In the next section, you will see a list of available trainers for the selected assessment. Choose the trainer by clicking on their profile image. If the trainer’s schedule is fully booked, select another trainer with availability, as indicated below their image.

5. Schedule a Date:

Once a trainer has been selected, the platform will display the trainer's available dates for assessments. Pick a preferred date from the calendar by clicking on the highlighted dates available in the calendar view.

6. Assign a Time:

After selecting a date, you’ll be prompted to choose a specific time. A list of available times will appear. Scroll through the available start times and click on your desired time slot.

7. Continue to Checkout:

After selecting your desired time, click the 'Continue to checkout' button, located at the bottom of the screen, to proceed to the checkout process.

8. Begin Checkout Process:

In the checkout window, you will see the booking details. Select the user(s) for whom the assessment is being booked by checking their name in the list or searching for the appropriate user using the search bar. If needed, add a new user manually by clicking the '+' button.

9. Complete Registration Questions:

Once you have selected the users for the session, you may be asked to complete registration questions. Answer any questions required for the booking and click 'Continue' to proceed.

10. Review and Finalize:

Review all details and click 'Pay now' to complete the booking. You will receive a confirmation of the assessment booking once payment is processed.

11. View Assessment in Profile:

Once your assessment has been booked, a confirmation screen will appear showing the success message. To view your scheduled assessment in more detail, click on the 'View in profile' button, which will direct you to your profile where you can manage your upcoming events.

12. Open Assessment Details:

Navigate to your 'Calendar' within your profile. This is where all scheduled assessments and other events are displayed. You can find your upcoming booked assessment by checking the 'Events' tab. Click on the specific event to view additional details.
