Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Open Teams Portal:

Navigate to the admin dashboard and log in using your administrator credentials. Access the 'Teams' section from the navigation panel to manage existing teams or create new ones.

2. Transition to Registration:

Once in the 'Teams' section, click on the 'Registration' tab at the top of the page to view team registration details.

Click on Registration

3. Choose a Registration Filter:

Select a registration filter to view specific registration details. Filters can help you narrow down the list based on different criteria such as outstanding payments or unassigned contracts.

Click on Registations complete…

4. Open Messaging Portal:

Click on the messaging icon at the top right corner of the registration view to open the messaging portal.

Click on message

5. Choose a Messaging Platform:

In the messaging portal, choose the desired messaging platform for sending messages. Options include 'Email' and 'Text'.

Click on Message…

6. Customize Your Message:

Customize your message by filling in the subject line and the message content. Ensure the message is clear and specific to the registration requirements.

7. Notice For Any Warnings:

Pay attention to any warning messages that may appear. These warnings indicate if some users will not receive the email due to missing contact information or notification settings.

Click on Warning: Some users (16) will not get the email because they don't have an email or have set notifs not to.

8. Search to Add More Recipients:

Use the search function to add more recipients to the message. This allows you to include additional players or parents who may need the registration reminder.

Click on Search users...

9. Review Recipient List:

Review the list of recipients to ensure all necessary individuals are included. Make any necessary adjustments before finalizing the message.

Click on close…

10. Finalize Message:

Once the recipient list is confirmed, click the 'Send to' button to send the message to all selected recipients.

Click on send…

11. Confirmation Message:

A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the messages have been successfully queued for sending. Click 'Continue' to complete the process.
