This guide provides a detailed process for creating campaigns on the StatStak Labs platform. By following these steps, administrators can efficiently set up campaigns that match their facility's goals and requirements. This guide ensures that the campaign creation is done smoothly and efficiently, making it easier for users to manage and utilize campaign information. This systematic approach ensures a consistent and reliable experience within the StatStak Labs platform.

Step-By-Step Guide:

1. Expand Portal Options:

Sign in to the admin portal of StatStak and go to the 'God Mode' dashboard. Here, expand your profile options by clicking on your name or the dropdown arrow next to the 'God Mode' label to view more options.

2. Open Admin Settings:

Access the main settings by clicking on the 'Settings' option, represented by a gear icon on the left sidebar. This is the starting point for modifying administrative permissions.

3. Choose Facility:

Within the 'Account Settings' menu, select the 'Facility' option. This will allow you to manage facility location settings and other related configurations.

4. Locate Upselling & Leads:

Navigate to the 'Upselling & leads' option within the 'Facility Settings'. This section includes various options to enhance and manage leads and upselling strategies for your facility.

Click on Upselling & leads

5. Transition to Campaigns:

In the 'Upselling & leads' section, expand the 'Campaigns' option. This will display all existing campaigns and provide the option to create new ones.

6. Add a New Campaign:

To create a new campaign, click on the 'Create Campaign' button. This will open a new form for you to enter the campaign details.

7. Enter Campaign Details:

Fill in the campaign details such as the internal name, title, subtitle, and campaign questions. This form will allow you to specify the information you want to collect from participants.

8. Finalize Campaign:

After entering all the necessary details, click on the 'Create new campaign' button to save and create your campaign.

9. Confirmation Message:

Upon successful creation of the campaign, a confirmation message will appear. Click on 'Continue' to finalize the process.

10. Utilize Your Campaign:

After finalizing the creation, your new campaign will be populated in the Campaigns library. From this list, you will be able to edit and delete any existing campaigns. Copy the campaign link to share through your facility's social media platforms, email chains, and StatStak messaging. Additionally, after sharing your campaign link, this area of the Facility settings will summarize the views and submissions for each campaign.
