This guide assists administrators in managing waivers within the StatStak system. From navigating the admin settings to sharing waiver documentation, each step is clearly outlined to facilitate a smooth experience. The guide is intended to help users navigate through the process of viewing, downloading, signing, and sharing waivers, ensuring documentation is effectively managed. This systematic approach ensures a consistent and reliable experience within the StatStak Labs platform.
Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Expand Portal Options:
Sign in to the admin portal of StatStak and go to the 'God Mode' dashboard. Here, expand your profile options by clicking on your name or the dropdown arrow next to the 'God Mode' label to view more options.
2. Open Admin Settings:
Access the admin settings by clicking on the 'Settings' option, represented by a gear icon on the left sidebar. This is the starting point for modifying administrative permissions.
3. Choose Waivers:
Within the Admin settings options, find the 'Waivers' settings icon. Click on it to begin managing your facility's waiver library.
4. Copy Waiver Link:
Locate the waiver you would like to share. Then, click on the corresponding 'Link' icon to the right of the waiver name. Clicking this icon will copy the link to the waiver.
5. Confirmation and Sharing:
After clicking the link icon, a confirmation message will pop up at the top of the screen to notify you that the link to the waiver has been copied successfully. With the waiver link copied, you will be able to send the link to whomever you need to. This can be done within or outside of the StatStak messaging feature.
🔔 Note that using a QR code generator with the waiver link is a very simple and effective way to share the waiver link with a large number of people.
6. View and Download Waiver:
To view the waiver, click on the 'Waiver' icon. Clicking this icon will open a new tab that will allow you to view the waiver and its details. Download this document by clicking on the download icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
7. Export Waiver Signatures:
To view the waiver data, click on the 'Signature' icon. Clicking this icon will instantaneously download the waiver and all of the associated signatures to your computer. Once downloaded, you will be able to view and manage your waiver's data.
By following these steps, administrators can efficiently manage waivers, including viewing, signing, and sharing waiver links within the StatStak system. This systematic approach ensures a consistent and reliable experience within the StatStak Labs platform.
