Within the Users dashboard, locate the search bar and utilize it to find the intended account you are looking for. Notice that you can use the drop-down menu to search using different filters.
3. Select an Account:
From the list, click on the name of the account whose user type you want to alter. By clicking on the name, you will be directed to the account's individual settings and profile.
4. Transition to Profile Tab:
Within the account's settings, locate and click on the 'Profile' tab near the top of the screen. This section holds the account's individual profile information.
