The process is designed to ensure ease of access and use, making the management of event data seamless and reliable.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Accessing the Schedule Section:

To begin, access the 'Schedule' tab located in the left-hand side menu of the admin dashboard. This tab is typically represented by a calendar icon. Clicking on this tab will display the complete schedule of events, classes, and activities, organized by dates.

Click on Schedule

2. Identifying and Downloading Specific Event Data:

Within the schedule view, use the calendar layout to locate the specific event for which you need to export data. Look for a download icon associated with the event—commonly depicted as a cloud with a downward arrow or a floppy disk icon. Click this icon to initiate the data export process.

Find the event and click the download icon

3. Completing the Export Process:

After initiating the download, wait for a confirmation message to appear, signaling that the event data is ready. Once confirmed, click the 'Continue' button to complete the download. The data will then be available in your computer's download folder or the designated download area of your browser in CSV format.

Click continue to return to the admin the portal and find your report

Following these steps will enable users to efficiently manage and export event registration data, enhancing the functionality and administrative capability within the StatStak platform.
