Create a Lesson for Specified Users and Trainers

This guide outlines the step-by-step process for creating a lesson in the StatStak Labs platform. Administrators will learn how to navigate the interface, select facilities, assign trainers and teams, and finalize lesson details. These steps ensure that lessons are tailored to specific needs, providing a seamless experience for users and trainers. This systematic approach ensures a consistent and reliable experience within the StatStak Labs platform.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Open Schedule Management:

Navigate to the main dashboard and select ‘Schedule’ from the left-hand menu. This will open the schedule management interface, where you can create and manage events and lessons.

Click on Schedule

2. Initiate Lesson Creation:

Click on the ‘Create Event’ button in the upper-right corner of the screen. This initiates the process of setting up a new lesson.

3. Select Lesson as the Event Type:

In the event creation panel, choose ‘Lesson’ as the event type. This option is designed specifically for creating tailored lessons.

4. Assign Lesson Duration:

Enter the desired duration for the lesson in minutes. This ensures the system allocates the appropriate time slot.

5. Select Facility:

From the ‘Policy Facility’ dropdown, select the facility where the lesson will take place. This links the lesson to a specific facility within your organization.

6. Choose Dates:

On the calendar interface, select the desired dates for the lesson. Multiple dates can be chosen if needed.

7. Assign Lesson Name:

Enter a unique and descriptive name for the lesson in the ‘Name’ field. This makes it easily identifiable within the platform.

8. Add Lesson Details:

Fill out the additional lesson details, such as capacity, category, and image upload. Adjust the time zone and grid color for further customization.

9. Attach Team:

If the lesson is created for a specific team, select the relevant team for the lesson from the ‘Team(s)’ dropdown. This ensures the correct group of users is associated with the lesson.

10. Assign a Trainer:

Choose the trainer who will conduct the lesson by selecting their name from the ‘Trainers’ dropdown. This assigns the necessary personnel to the lesson.

11. Designate Lesson Features:

Select specific features for the lesson by clicking on the ‘Features’ dropdown. These features provide additional context for the location of the lesson at the chosen facility.

12. Write Lesson Description:

In the ‘Description’ field, enter a clear and concise summary of the lesson. This description will help users understand the purpose and content of the session.

13. Search Intended Athlete:

Use the search bar under the ‘Intended users’ section to locate the athlete(s) who will participate in the lesson. Enter the athlete’s name and click the magnifying glass icon to activate your search.

14. Add Athlete to Lesson:

Once the intended athlete appears in the search results, click the ‘Add’ button next to their name. This action assigns them to the lesson.

15. Include Lesson Address:

In the ‘Address’ section, input or select the relevant address where the lesson will take place. This ensures participants know the exact location of the session.

16. Select a Lesson Waiver:

If applicable, enable a waiver for the lesson. Select a document from the ‘Waiver’ dropdown to ensure attendees agree to necessary conditions before participation.

17. Provide Additional Lesson Details:

Adjust advanced settings, such as hiding capacity, making the lesson invite-only, or restricting registration to specific feature tags. These options ensure flexibility in lesson management. Additionally, choose to attach add-ons, select tags to restrict users from registration, and assign questions to intended users.

18. Choose Lesson Start Time:

From the available time slots, select the desired start time for the lesson by clicking the ‘+’ button next to the associated time.

19. Review and Continue:

Review the details of the lesson, including time, trainer, and features. Once satisfied, click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the final step.

20. Select Invoice Type:

Choose between ‘Individual Invoices’ and ‘Custom Invoices’ options. Input pricing details and enable automated payment collection if applicable.

21. Assign Lesson Cost:

Enter the cost of the lesson in the ‘Price’ field. Ensure the amount reflects the pricing structure for the specific lesson.

22. Select Checkout User:

Click on the ‘Checkout User’ dropdown to assign the checkout responsibility. This user will be responsible for managing payment for the lesson.

23. Review and Confirm:

Review all details of the lesson, including pricing, invoice schedule, and payment collection options. Once confirmed, click on the ‘Schedule Invoices’ button.

24. Finalize Lesson Creation:

A confirmation dialog will appear. Verify all details and click ‘Confirm events & schedule invoices’ to finalize the lesson creation process.
