This guide outlines the detailed process for adding new questions to the question bank on the Baseline platform. It covers navigation to the appropriate settings, accessing the question management section, defining the question, and finalizing the entry, thereby expanding the database of queries available for customizable features and user interactions.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Navigate to Settings:

From the admin portal’s main dashboard, locate the ‘Settings’ option on the sidebar. Click this to access the settings menu where various administrative functions can be managed.

2. Access the Questions Section:

Within the settings menu, locate the ‘Questions’ section. This area is dedicated to managing the question bank. Click on it to proceed to the area where you can view and add new questions.

3. Initiate a New Question:

In the questions section, you will find a list of existing questions along with an option to ‘Create a new question’. Select this option to begin adding a new query to the question bank.

4. Define the Question:

You will be presented with a form to define the new question. Start by providing a clear and concise name for the question that encapsulates the inquiry.

Decide how you want the answer to be formatted. Options may include text, multiple choice, numerical answer, date, email, or a file. Select the appropriate answer format from the dropdown menu.

Toggle yes or no under 'Hide on profile' to decide whether the answer is visible on their profile. If you have a question that may be confidential, you can choose to not allow answers to be visible on the user's profile.

Toggle yes or no under 'Optional'. This will enable optional questions that may not be applicable to every user.

Type in the priority of the question under 'List priority'. The lower the number, the higher it will appear in the list of questions.

Type the question in the designated field. Ensure that the question is stated clearly to be easily understood by the users.

After entering the question and selecting the answer format, click ‘Create new question’ to add it to your question bank.
