From the admin portal’s main dashboard, locate the ‘Settings’ option on the sidebar. Click this to access the settings menu where various administrative functions can be managed.

Within the settings menu, locate the ‘Questions’ section. This area is dedicated to managing the question bank. Click on it to proceed to the area where you can view and add new questions.

In the questions section, you will find a list of existing questions along with an option to ‘Create a new question’. Select this option to begin adding a new query to the question bank.

You will be presented with a form to define the new question. Start by providing a clear and concise name for the question that encapsulates the inquiry.

Decide how you want the answer to be formatted. Options may include text, multiple choice, or a numerical answer. Select the appropriate answer format from the dropdown menu.

Type the question in the designated field. Ensure that the question is stated clearly to be easily understood by the users.

After entering the question and selecting the answer format, click ‘Create new question’ to add it to your question bank.

Once the question is added, you will receive a confirmation message. Click ‘Continue’ to acknowledge this and return to the list of questions in the admin portal.
