1. Click on Create event in the Schedule tab
Navigate to your Admin Portal, click Schedule on the left, and click Create event in the top right to start the process of creating a new day blocker.
2. Click on your desired event type
In the create event page, you can decide what type of event you are going to make. You may decide any option and each will have their own details to be filled out. In this example we will create a day blocker.
3. Select 'Day blocker' to start creation:
When you select the event type, make sure to select day blocker to initiate the creation process.
4. Set Facility, Duration, and Date(s)
Select the facility you wish to add this day blocker to. Set its duration (minutes) to set the time required of this event. Select the dates you wish to have this on with multiple days being an option.
5. Set the Time:
Either access the dropdown next to 'Start date & time' or the menu on the right side to set the time you want this day blocker to start.
6. Fill in General Info:
Add in general information to your blocker to narrow down the details of the blocker.
7. Add in any Personnel (Optional):
Add in any Trainers or Users to the blocker if applicable. You may use the search function in the users section.
8. Add Additional Info (Optional):
Add in any more information you deem necessary in the day blocker. Day blockers do not need questions and many of these options are not required.
9. Publish:
Once complete, select publish events to create your new day blocker.
