Charge Users Directly From the Admin Portal For Any Payment

This guide provides administrators with detailed instructions on how to execute instant charges directly from the admin portal of the StatStak platform. This process is applicable for various transactions such as rentals, team invoices, applying credits, or any miscellaneous charges. The procedure is designed to facilitate swift payment actions and ensure the financial operations are handled efficiently.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Select Pay:

Select Pay to get started with the instant checkout feature on StatStak Labs. Here you may charge users that have their cards on file or issue an invoice for the user to pay later.

2. Select Credit Card:

Select Credit Card to get started with the instant checkouts to users with credit cards on file. Select continue to info to continue.

3. Select a User:

Select the dropdown and search the user you wish to charge with the instant checkout.

4. Enter in Your Transaction Category, Subcategory, and Subtotal.

Your transaction category for this transaction will be an instant checkout. For the subcategory enter in the reason for this charge, for example: Pitching Assessment. Lastly, enter in your subtotal to charge the user. You may also apply any refunds if applicable.

5. Select Facility, Deposit, and Payment Description:

Select the facility the payment will be recorded to. This allows the platform to track all payments going in and out of your facility. Enter in your deposit location as well as a "Title" for the payment.

6. Continue to Pay Now:

Select continue to pay now in order to enter in the card information the user will use for payment.

7. Add Card:

Start the card addition process by selecting add card in the checkout menu. This will pop open a form to fill out card information if you wish to add a new card.

8. Enter the Information:

Enter the customer contact information as well as their address. Once you complete the address, the card information entry section will open. Complete these segments to check out for the user.

9. Finalize Payment:

Review all entered details for accuracy to ensure all fields are correctly filled. Once confirmed, proceed by clicking 'Continue to pay now' which will process the payment. This step is crucial to ensure that all transaction details are correct before final submission.

🔔 Note that a receipt will be sent to the checkout user once the payment has been completed.

10. Confirmation Message:

After the charge is successfully processed, a confirmation message will be displayed, confirming the successful transaction. This step reassures the administrator that the financial operation has been completed as intended.
