This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough for administrators on how to set up and update the terms and conditions for their facility on the StatStak Labs platform. Administrators will learn to navigate the admin portal efficiently, ensuring that all members agree to the facility's terms upon account creation, thus ensuring clarity and legal compliance.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Expand Portal Options, Enter Settings:
Log into the StatStak admin portal and access the 'Admin Portal' dashboard. Expand your profile options by clicking on your name or the dropdown arrow next to the 'Admin Portal' label and click 'Settings'. This action grants access to various administrative functions necessary for making settings adjustments and configurations.
2. Locate Policy Settings:
In the Settings menu, find and click on 'Policies'. This section allows for the management of policy-specific configurations and is essential for setting up terms and conditions.
3. Edit the Policy You Wish to Change:
Within Policy settings, click on the edit button adjacent to the policy you want to change. This will give you access to edit everything about your policy including the Terms and Conditions.
4. Edit your Terms and Conditions plus more:
In the policy edit screen, you can change everything from the policy's name, refunds, the terms and conditions, and credit settings.
5. Edit Financials in the Policy:
Scroll down to find more settings of the policy. This includes financial toggles and edits to how memberships work in the policy.
6. Membership Cancelation and Reminders:
Scroll down to find settings for reminders and cancelation notices. Here you can edit the hours before an event for a reminder, and edit how many days in advance the member will be notified of their cancelation.
7. Buffers, Surge Pricing, Discounts, and Waivers:
Finally, you can edit scheduling buffers in hours for your users as well as surge pricing based upon start time. You can edit the day of the week and hour in which it occurs alongside the price. Lastly, you may edit discount options as well as attach waivers for events.
8. Save Changes:
Choose save changes to policy to finish your edits. If you need to edit the policy again navigate to the same page as before.
