This guide outlines the essential steps to complete team registration on the StatStak Labs platform. Users begin by selecting their team and accepting roster spots, followed by filling out registration questions and signing necessary team contracts. The process also involves setting up and confirming payment methods, acknowledging auto-draft payments, choosing a suitable payment cycle, and reviewing scheduled payments. Each step is designed to ensure users can efficiently and successfully register their team without complications.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Access Your Profile:

Navigate to the top right corner of the homepage and click on the ‘Profile’ button. This will take you to your personal profile page where you can manage your account details.

2. Transition to Teams:

Within your profile, select the ‘Teams’ tab. Here, you’ll find a list of teams you’re associated with. This section lets you view your current team, update your information, or accept roster spots.

3. Begin Registration:

After selecting your team from the dropdown menu, the process starts with accepting the roster spot. This is crucial for moving forward with registration.

4. Accept Roster Spots:

Please look over any pending roster spot offers. You’ll see an option to ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ these offers. Please read the terms carefully before selecting, as this decision is often irreversible post the stated deadline.

5. Address Registration Questions:

Answer any registration-related questions that may appear. Your responses will be saved automatically, contributing to a smoother registration process.

6. Sign Team Contracts:

Carefully read through any contracts or agreements presented. If you agree to the terms, indicate your consent by checking the box provided. This is also where you’ll be able to review and e-sign necessary documents.

7. Set Up Payment Methods:

Choose your preferred payment method. Options include credit cards or direct bank transfers. Please keep in mind any processing fees that may vary from team to team and will be applied to all payments.

8. Option 1: Card:

For credit card payments, select the 'Card' option. Enter your card details including name, email, address, and card information. Note the transaction fees associated with credit card payments. Confirm by clicking 'Save new card'.

9. Option 2: Bank:

To use a bank account for payments, choose the 'Bank' option. Provide your bank account details such as name, email, address, and bank account information. Understand the fees linked to bank transactions. Finalize by selecting 'Save new bank'.

10. Confirmation of Payment Setup:

Once you save your payment information, you’ll receive a confirmation that your payment method has been successfully added. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed.

11. Acknowledge Auto-Draft Payments:

As a part of the registration process, teams will ask you to agree to auto-draft payments to maintain the payment schedule. The payment cycle options will be listed below and are reiterated via reminders and additional popups.

📢 Note that if the payment cycle you select has an assigned payment plan start date (designated during the team creation process) that has past, then the system will apply the same equidistant scheduling logic to charge your selected payment method at fixed dates. This will keep you from being charged multiple payments in a short amount of time and maintain a consistent payment cycle.

12. Select a Payment Cycle:

Choose a payment plan that suits your budget. Be mindful that selecting a payment cycle also enrolls you in an auto-billing program, where your chosen payment method will be charged according to the cycle.

💬 Note that your payment plan can be changed until the first payment has run. Individual payments can also be made ahead of time.

13. Confirmation of Payment Plan:

After selecting a payment plan, you will receive a pop up message confirming that your payment plan has been set successfully.

14. Review Scheduled Payments:

A summary of your scheduled payments will be displayed. Please look over these dates and amounts to make sure they align with your expectations and financial planning.

15. Confirmation of Registration:

After setting your payment plan, you will receive a pop up message towards the bottom of your screen that notifies you of a succcessful and complete registration process.
