Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Open Teams Dashboard:
Navigate to your StatStak Labs dashboard and click on the 'Teams' icon in the left-hand navigation bar. This section displays all teams and offers various management options.
2. Locate Intended Team:
In the 'Teams' section, find the intended team whose roster player payments you want to adjust. Utilize the search bar and filtering capabilities to efficiently locate the correct team.
3. Expand Team Details:
After finding the intended team, click the team name to expand the team roster and individual roster player registration statuses. This will allow you to view specific players and their associated payment details.
4. Locate Intended Roster Player:
From the expanded view of roster players, locate the intended roster player whose team payments you want to adjust. Click on the roster player's name to expand their registration details.
5. Expand Payment Plan Details:
Locate the registration section that reads 'Select a payment cycle.' Click the drop-down arrow to expand the payment plan options and scheduled payments for the roster player.
6. Select Payment Plan:
If not previously selected, choose a team payment plan that will be assigned to the roster player.
🚨 Note that selecting a payment plan will activate auto-scheduled payments for the roster player. Administrators can adjust the payments individually using the following steps.
📢 Additionally, note that if a user selects a payment cycle after the assigned payment plan start date (designated during the team creation process), then the system will apply the same equidistant scheduling logic to charge the user at fixed dates. This will keep the user from being charged multiple payments in a short amount of time and maintain a consistent payment cycle.
7. Open Payment Settings:
To adjust an individual team payment, click on the clock icon corresponding to the intended payment to modify. This will open the settings for that specific payment.
8. Choose to Edit:
Locate the 'Edit fee' icon within the team payment details section and click on 'Edit' to modify payment amounts, due dates, or other details.
9. Modify Payment Details:
In the editable fields, adjust the payment amount as necessary and update the 'Due by' date to reflect the new timeline for the payment. Modify any additional payment details as needed.
10. Save Changes:
After making the required changes, click 'Save changes to fee' to apply the updates to the user’s payment plan. This action finalizes the adjustments you've made to the payment details.
11. Confirmation Message:
A confirmation message will pop up indicating that the changes have been successfully saved. Click 'Continue' to return to the admin portal and complete the process.
