This guide details the process of cloning an event in the StatStak Labs platform. The cloning feature is designed to help users efficiently replicate events, allowing them to schedule multiple occurrences without manual data re-entry. The guide walks users through accessing the schedule, locating an event, and using the cloning options to specify dates, times, and other relevant settings. This ensures all event specifics, including attendee lists, are appropriately managed and duplicated across new event dates.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Access the Schedule:

Navigate to the admin portal of StatStak Labs and select the 'Schedule' option from the side navigation menu to access the event scheduling interface.

Click on Schedule

2. Locate the Event to Clone:

Use the search bar or the calendar view within the schedule interface to find the event you want to clone. Ensure the event is public as private events cannot be cloned.

💬 Note that you can only clone events that are marked as 'Public'. Events designated as 'Private' are not clonable since they require immediate payment upon reservation.

Click on search…

Click on 23…

3. Expand Event Details:

Click on the event you wish to replicate to view more details and access customization options.

Click on radio_button_unchecked…

4. Initiate Cloning:

Within the event details view, locate and click the 'Clone' button to start the event duplication process.

Click on content_copy…

5. Select Cloned Dates:

A calendar will appear, allowing you to select one or more new dates for the cloned event. Choose all dates that apply to your scheduling needs.

Click on 28

6. Set Cloned Times:

After selecting the dates, specify the exact times for the cloned events. Adjust the pre-selected times if necessary to fit new scheduling preferences.

Click on add

7. Decide to Attach Users:

Decide whether to copy the original event’s attendee list to the cloned events. Toggle the option to 'Yes' if you want to include all original participants.

📢 Note that if you know the same users will be in attendance for the cloned events, this option will help save you a lot of time!

Click on No

8. Finalizing the Clone:

Review your selections of dates and times, then confirm the cloning process by clicking the designated button. This action finalizes the creation of new event instances.

Click on Clone event 2 times

9. Confirmation of Cloning:

Upon successful cloning, a confirmation message will display. You may need to refresh the browser to see the newly cloned events in your schedule.

Click on Success!…

By following these steps, users can efficiently expand their event offerings, ensuring that each replicated event maintains the integrity of the original. This systematic approach ensures a consistent and reliable experience within the StatStak Labs platform.
