How to Make Custom Payments Towards Team Fees

Make a payment of any amount that will be deducted from your team fee dues

This comprehensive guide offers a step-by-step walkthrough for administrators to manage and process custom payments toward team fees. Designed to streamline financial operations, it ensures that team fees are paid efficiently and accurately, enhancing the financial management experience for both administrators and team members.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Navigating to Team Management

Access your user profile page and locate the “Teams” tab. This section is designed to manage team-related activities. Click on this tab to view and handle team fees and payments.

2. Initiating a Custom Payment

Within the team management interface, find and click on the “Make a Payment” button. This option allows you to enter a custom payment amount, providing flexibility in managing financial transactions related to player fees.

📢 Note that if a user selects a payment cycle after the assigned payment plan start date (designated during the team creation process), then the system will apply the same equidistant scheduling logic to charge the user at fixed dates. This will keep the user from being charged multiple payments in a short amount of time and maintain a consistent payment cycle.

3. Entering Custom Payment Details:

A dialog box will appear, prompting you to input the payment details. Ensure you accurately enter the desired payment amount toward the team fees in the provided field. This amount should actually reflect the sum you intend to pay right now.

4. Proceeding with Payment

After entering the payment amount, click the “Continue to pay now” button. This will take you to the secure payment gateway, where you can complete the transaction using your preferred payment method.

5. Confirming the Payment

Once the payment is processed, a confirmation message will be displayed. Click “Continue” to be redirected back to the teams page, where you can review the updated fees and payment status.

6. Reviewing Updated Payment Schedule:

After the payment has been applied, you will be able to see the adjusted future payment amounts. This reflects your recent payment and provides an updated schedule for any remaining balances.

You can then see your future payment amounts change based off what you paid towards the balance
